Wir suchen für einen sehr wichtigen Kunden von uns einen:

Projektleiter E/E (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Konzeption, Planung, Koordination und Durchführung von Projekten im Bereich Elektronik (E-Mobility)
  • Vollumfängliche Projektverantwortung aus technischer als auch kommerzieller Sicht
  • Verantwortung für die Produktentwicklung in Abstimmung mit internen Abteilungen sowie mit Kunden und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung und Controlling der Projektabläufe hinsichtlich KPI´s
  • Reporting und Dokumentation
  • Mitwirkung von Entwicklungen im Bereich der Leistungselektronik (Entwurf bis Serie)
  • Überwachen von Milestones
  • Führen von Statusgesprächen und enge Abstimmung mit den relevanten Fachabteilungen
  • Erarbeitung von Produkt- und Prozess-Verbesserungen
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreiche absolviertes Studium, vorzugsweise Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbar
  • Optional auch technischen Berufsausbildung mit Weiterqualifizierung (Techniker, Technischer Be-triebswirt)
  • Mehrjährige Projekt- und Entwicklungs-Erfahrungen in der (Leistungs-)Elektronik und Automotive-Umfeld zwingend erforderlich
  • Know-how im Automotiven Normenbereich (IATF, ISO 26262, ASPICE, etc.) und Six Sigma Methodik wünschenswert
  • Hohe Kommunikations-, Entscheidungs- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
  • Sehr gutes Zeit- und Ressourcenmanagement
  • Richtiger Blick für kontinuierliche Verbesserungen
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
  • Nationale und internationale Reisebereitschaft
