Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Projektleiter Elektrotechnik, der Projekte fachlich und organisatorisch führt. Sie entwickeln tragfähige Konzepte, beraten Bauherren und sorgen für eine klare und ausführbare Elektroplanung.

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung elektrotechnischer Projekte
  • Steuerung der Leistungsphasen nach HOAI
  • Planung und Koordination der Kostengruppen 440 und 450
  • Beratung der Bauherren zu technischen und wirtschaftlichen Lösungen
  • Abstimmung mit Architektur, Netzbetreibern, Fachplanern und ausführenden Firmen
  • Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Planungsqualität
  • Prüfung von Berechnungen, Planungsunterlagen, Leistungsverzeichnissen und Angeboten
  • Begleitung von Ausschreibung, Vergabe und Ausführung

### Ihr Profil

  • Studium, Techniker- oder Meisterabschluss im Bereich Elektrotechnik oder Gebäudetechnik
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in Elektroplanung und Projektleitung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Gute Kenntnisse der HOAI sowie der DIN- und VDE-Regelwerke
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sicheres Auftreten und klare Kommunikation
