Wir bei Dreßler Bau realisieren als Familienunternehmen seit über 110 Jahren deutschlandweit anspruchsvolle Projekte im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau. Was uns über 6 Standorte hinweg verbindet? Und zwar von Plänen jeder Art: Architekturpläne, Lebenspläne, Zukunftspläne – und Karrierepläne.

Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Verantwortliche Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von schlüsselfertigen Projekten
  • Termin-, Kosten- und Qualitätskontrolle bei Planung und Bauausführung
  • Ausschreibung und Vergabe von Bauleistungen
  • Führen der Bauleiter

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Studium der Fachrichtungen Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur (Bachelor, Master, Diplom)
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Projekt- bzw. Bauleiter im Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbau
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des Baurechts und der entsprechenden technischen Normen
  • Führungskompetenz und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
