Das erwartet dich:

  • Termin- und Budgetverantwortung für das Gesamtprojekt
  • Management von Kundenbeziehungen (Verträge, Nachträge, Bauberatungen, etc.)
  • Verhandlung und Koordination von Nachauftragsnehmerverträgen
  • Abstimmung und Sicherstellung der wesentlichen internen und externen Abläufe für die zugeordneten Projekte (Konstruktion, Fertigung, Fertigungsüberwachung, Korrosionsschutz, Montage, Dokumentation)
  • Planung und Organisation von Montageeinsätzen im Wasserbau und Maschinenbau
  • Koordination und Einsatzplanung unserer Montageteams auf den Baustellen

Das bringst du mit:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens oder des Maschinenbaus bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige projektleitende Tätigkeit im Bereich Stahlwasserbau, Stahlbau oder Ingenieurbau sind von Vorteil
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (+ evtl. Polnisch)
  • Positive und zupackende Grundeinstellung
  • Bereitschaft zur fachlichen Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der VOB sind hilfreich
