  • Entwicklung und Optimierung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation in allen Bereichen der Krankenanstalt
  • Regelmäßige Reviews aller Unternehmensprozesse mit Bezug auf Effizienz und Effektivität für alle Geschäftsbereiche
  • Konzeption, Modellierung und Dokumentation von neuen Prozessen bzw. Optimierung und Dokumentation von bestehenden Prozessen von allen Abteilungen
  • Implementierung von Best Practice und Standards gemeinsam mit Mitgliedern der Kollegialen Führung oder Abteilungsleitern
  • Umsetzung von regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Begleitung von Innovations- und Digitalisierungsinitiativen
  • Dokumentenmanagement

  • Qualifikationen
  • Hochschulausbildung (Uni/FH), Projektmanagement
  • Berufserfahrung in Projektmanagement, Betriebsorganisation vorzugsweise im Gesundheitswesen
  • Hohe IT-Affinität (MS-Office, Projekt-Tools, Krankenhausinformationssysteme)
  • Selbstständiger, verantwortungsbewusster und genauer Arbeitsstil
  • Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und rasche Auffassungsgabe

Das Mindestgehalt beträgt ab ca. € 3.400,00 brutto p.m. auf Vollzeitbasis (39 Wochenstunden). Es besteht je nach Qualifikation (in Abhängigkeit von Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung) die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
