  • Dein Aufgabengebiet
  • Koordination und laufende Überwachung technischer Projekte im Maschinenbau-Umfeld
  • Sicherstellung von Terminen sowie der rechtzeitigen Verfügbarkeit von Materialien und Komponenten
  • Erstellung und Nachverfolgung von Bestellungen und Bedarfsanforderungen im ERP-System
  • Abstimmung mit Einkauf, Produktion, Lager und externen Lieferanten zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Projektablaufs
  • Erkennen von Liefer-, Material- oder Produktionsengpässen und Einleitung geeigneter Gegenmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Statusberichten sowie Pflege projektbezogener Dokumentationen und Stammdaten
  • Das erwartet dich bei uns

  • Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung (HTL, HAK, FH oder Universität)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in Projektkoordination, Produktionsplanung, Logistik oder Auftragsabwicklung
  • Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel, Word und PowerPoint
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP, Navision oder vergleichbaren Lösungen von Vorteil
  • Technisches Verständnis für Fertigungs- und Produktionsprozesse im industriellen Umfeld
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeit
