## Ihre Aufgaben

  • eigenständige Projektbearbeitung und fachliche Anleitung
  • Koordinierung der Fachplaner und der technischen Mitarbeiter
  • verantwortliche technische und wirtschaftliche Projektleitung
  • Erstellung von Leistungs- und Honorarangeboten
  • Vertragsgestaltung in Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Koordinierung und Mitwirkung bei Planungsleistungen LPh1-8 im Bereich des Wasserbaus, der Gewässerrenaturierung, des Küstenwasserbaus und des Hochwasserschutzes
  • Ansprechpartner für Auftraggeber und Behörden

## Ihre Kompetenzen

  • abgeschlossenes Studium als Dipl.-Ing. (Uni/TH/FH) oder als Master mit einer Spezialisierung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
  • Kenntnisse, Neugierde und Berufserfahrungen im Bereich der Geotechnik, des konstruktiven Ingenieurbaus, der Hydrologie und Hydrodynamik sowie landeskultureller Bauwerke
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit unseren Auftraggebern und eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • analytisches Denken sowie gutes technisches und organisatorisches Verständnis
  • gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit einschlägiger Planungssoftware wünschenswert (z. B. AutoCAD/BricsCAD, RZI, GGU)
  • einschlägige, mehrjährige Berufserfahrung wünschenswert
  • gute rechtliche Kenntnisse wären optimal (Baurecht, BGB, HOAI, VOB)
  • verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level C2)
