Deine Aufgaben:

  • Planung und Koordination von Projekten im Bereich Messen & Events
  • Abstimmung mit Kunden, Veranstaltern und Partnern
  • Auswahl und Steuerung von Dienstleistern (Catering, Technik, Logistik etc.)
  • Dokumentation und Nachbereitung der Projekte

Reisebereitschaft für nationale / internationale Projekte

Das bringst du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, technische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung / Studium
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten im Umgang mit Kunden und Partnern
  • Organisationsfähigkeit und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Eigenverantwortung, Flexibilität und Teamgeist

Gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
