Als Projektleiter:in Fußbodentechnik (m/w/d) bei Fürstenhöfer werden Sie Teil eines erfolgreichen Unternehmens und betreuen renommierte Kunden in der Metropolregion Nürnberg.

Zu Ihren Aufgaben zählen …

  • Organisation und Koordination:  eigenverantwortliche Planung und Steuerung von Bodenprojekten.
  • Bestandsaufnahmen vor Ort:  Inspektion der Gegebenheiten und Vorbereitung auf Baustellenanforderungen.
  • Erstellung von Angeboten:  Kalkulation und Ausarbeitung von Angeboten, inkl. Überwachung der Materialbeschaffung.
  • Interne Kooperation:  teamorientierte Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit Bauleitern, Disponent, Buchhaltung und Führungskräften.
  • Baustellen- und Nachtragsmanagement:  Projektdokumentation und -controlling, Endabnahme mit dem Kunden und Sicherstellung der Kundenzufriedenheit.
