  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team entwickelst Du das Flächen- und Immobilienportfolio unserer Innovationszentren strategisch weiter und sorgst dafür, dass Projekte hinsichtlich Kosten, Terminen und Qualität erfolgreich umgesetzt werden.
  • Du konzipierst und optimierst bedarfsgerechte Miet-, Nutzungs- und Belegungskonzepte für Werkstätten, Büros und Testflächen und entwickelst auf Basis von Datenanalysen zukunftsfähige Lösungen für die Weiterentwicklung des Standorts.
  • Neue, umgenutzte oder sanierte Flächen integrierst Du mit kreativen Konzepten in den laufenden Betrieb und trägst so zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung unserer Innovationszentren bei.
  • Auf Grundlage von Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen entwickelst Du unsere Vermarktungsstrategie weiter, gewinnst technologieorientierte Start-ups und Unternehmen und baust ein starkes Netzwerk mit relevanten Partnern auf.
  • Den gesamten Vermietungsprozess begleitest Du eigenverantwortlich – von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme über Vertragsverhandlungen bis zum Vertragsabschluss und der Übergabe der Flächen.
  • Gemeinsam mit internen und externen Partnern stellst Du einen reibungslosen Betrieb sicher, koordinierst die Schnittstellen zwischen Vermietung, Betrieb sowie Bau- und Sanierungsprojekten und entwickelst das Vertragsmanagement kontinuierlich weiter.
  • Darüber hinaus bereitest Du öffentliche Vergabeverfahren vor und führst diese professionell durch.
