Projektleiter/in Geotechnik Umwelt (m/w/d)

  • Aufgaben und Einsatzfelder
  • Zu Ihren Aufgabengebieten gehören insbesondere nachfolgende Tätigkeiten:
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Gutachten für Konversionsflächen, Altlastverdachtsflächen und Altablagerungen
  • Entwicklung von Sanierungskonzepten
  • Fachtechnische Betreuung von Altlastensanierungen
  • Bearbeitung von Akut-/Versicherungsschadensfällen (z. B. Heizölleckagen)
  • Koordinierung von Arbeiten im kontaminierten Bereich (DGUV-R 101-004/BGR 128)
  • Deklaration sowie Einstufung von Abfällen nach EBV und Deponieverordnung sowie gemäß Abfallverzeichnisverordnung
  • Beprobung nach PN 98 (Fachkunde) von Abbruch- bzw. Aushubmassen und industriellen Reststoffen
  • Beprobung von Grund- und Oberflächenwässern
  • Planung und Betreuung von Beton- und Asphaltuntersuchungen
  • Betreuung von Kunden (Besuche, Präsentation von Prüfberichten und Gutachten etc.)
  • Akquisition von Aufträgen
  • Berufs- und Ausbildungsabschluss
  • Ausbildung technisch-naturwissenschaftlicher Art mit Abschluss an einer
  • (Fach-)Hochschule (Geowissenschaftler (Geologe, Mineraloge, Geograph etc.), Umweltingenieur o. ä.)

Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Geologie, Altlasten und Abfälle
  • Es wäre wünschenswert, wenn Sie als Projektleiter über entsprechende Berufserfahrung verfügen und darüber hinaus als Sachverständiger nach § 18 BBodSchG bereits anerkannt sind.
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
  • gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, Softwarekenntnisse
