  • Sie möchten anspruchsvolle Projekte steuern, moderne Haustechnik aktiv mitgestalten und Verantwortung übernehmen? Dann werden Sie Teil der Seidel Heizung & Bad GmbH.
  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Koordinierung und Überwachung diverser Projekte im Bereich Haustechnik (HLS)
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und eigenständige Projektabwicklung
  • Organisation sowie Kostencontrolling von Projekten
  • Dokumentation und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Koordination von Baustellenabläufen und Projektbeteiligten

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene oder geplante Ausbildung als Meister, Techniker oder Ingenieur im Bereich Versorgungstechnik / HLS oder vergleichbare praktische Erfahrung
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in der Baustellenabwicklung wünschenswert
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Kenntnisse der relevanten Regelwerke (VDI, VOB, DIN)
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
