Projektleiter/in (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Koordinierung und Überwachung in der Auftragsabwicklung
  • Bauablaufplanung und Ausführung mit MS-Project
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den Auftraggebern/Bauherren und Subunternehmern
  • Führung und Dokumentation unserer Bauvorhaben
  • telefonische und persönliche Auskunftserteilung

Einstellungsvoraussetzungen:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Hochschulstudium der Bauingenieurswesen oder Erfahrung als Techniker, Bautechniker (Stahlbetonbau)
  • hohe persönliche Einsatzbereitschaft, Belastbarkeit, Kooperationsbereitschaft, Verhandlungsgeschick und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • wirtschaftliche Herangehensweise an die Aufgabenbewältigung
  • PKW-Führerschein
