  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Bau- oder Projektleitung, idealerweise im schlüsselfertigen Hochbau Unternehmerisches Denken und ausgeprägtes Kostenbewusstsein Kenntnisse im Baurecht und in der Vertragsprüfung Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationssoftware, vorzugsweise RIB iTWO Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsfähigkeit und Führungskompetenz Hohes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis sowie ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse Selbstständige, engagierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise

  • Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte Verantwortung für die Einhaltung von Kosten, Terminen, Qualität und vertraglichen Vorgaben Ganzheitliche Steuerung von Großprojekten unter technischen, wirtschaftlichen und organisatorischen Gesichtspunkten Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung der Projekt- und Baustellenteams Verhandlung und Koordination mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und weiteren Projektbeteiligten Aktives Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement zur Sicherung des Projekterfolgs Verantwortung für den wirtschaftlichen Erfolg der Projekte
