###### Die Innovative Haustechnik GmbH ist ein zukunftsorientiertes und innovatives mittelständiges Dienstleistungsunternehmen im Bereich Heizungs- und Sanitärtechnik.

  • Schwerpunkte unserer Arbeit sind vor allem Installationen von Geschosswohnungsbauten bis 800 Wohneinheiten, Hotelanlagen (ausschließlich Gewerk Heizung und Sanitär), Einfamilienhäuser, Badinstallationen.
  • Für unseren Standort in Freyburg suchen wir in Teilzeit oder Vollzeit zum nächstmöglichen Eintritt eine/n Projektleiter/in (m/w/d) für unsere Großbaustellen.

###### Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Bauleitung vor Ort
  • Teilnahme an Baubesprechungen
  • Sämtlicher Schriftverkehr der Baustelle
  • Koordination der Nachunternehmer
  • Nachtragswesen
  • Sonderleistungen erfassen und zur Abrechnung bringen
  • Transparente Kommunikation mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Materialbestellung

###### Ihr Profil:

  • Sie verfügen über eine Ausbildung in der SHK-Branche, können mehrjährige Berufserfahrung vorweisen oder haben einen Meisterabschluss
  • Sie denken und handeln unternehmerisch und haben einen effizienten Arbeitsstil mit einem sicheren Blick für das Wesentliche
  • Darüber hinaus sind Sie kommunikationsstark, entscheidungsfreudig und übernehmen gerne Verantwortung
  • gepflegtes, sicheres und höfliches Auftreten
