WIR SUCHEN

Wir suchen einen Projektleiter / Bauleiter im Gewerk Lüftung (m/w/d) in Festanstellung und Vollzeit.

WIR ERWARTEN

  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Technische Gebäudeausrüstung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • fundierte Kenntnisse im Fachgebiet Heizungs-, Lüftungs- und Sanitärinstallation
  • Sie tragen fachliche und disziplinarische Verantwortung für die Ihnen zugeteilten Mitarbeiter und koordinieren deren Einsatz
  • Sie koordinieren Eigen- und Fremdleistungen
  • Sie übernehmen die Kosten-, Budget- und Qualitätskontrolle
  • die gängigen MS-Office-Anwendungen beherrschen Sie sicher
  • Sie haben Führungskompetenz, Team- und Motivationsfähigkeit, sind verhandlungs-, kommunikations- und entscheidungsstark und zeichnen sich durch hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität aus.
