Kaufmännischer Projekt- und Prozessmanager (m/w/d)

Wir suchen einen zuverlässigen kaufmännischen Mitarbeiter (m/w/d), der unser Team bei Projekt-, Prozess- und Verwaltungsaufgaben unterstützt.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Bearbeitung und Kontrolle kaufmännischer Vorgänge
  • Pflege und Prüfung von Daten und Dokumenten
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen und Übersichten
  • Unterstützung bei internen Projekten und Abläufen
  • Vorbereitung von Unterlagen für Prüfungen und Zertifizierungen
  • Allgemeine kaufmännische und administrative Tätigkeiten
  • Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung und der operativen Leitung

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Sorgfältige, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freude an Zahlen, Daten und strukturierten Aufgaben
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse - Polnischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
  • Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich ist von Vorteil
