Mit rund 45 engagierten Mitarbeitenden realisieren wir individuelle Konstruktionen aus Stahl und Glas – von der Planung über die Fertigung bis zur Montage. Unser Standort in Zerbst/Anhalt bietet ein modernes Arbeitsumfeld, in dem Handwerkskunst und Ingenieurskompetenz Hand in Hand gehen.

\*\*Ihre Aufgaben:\*\*

  • Planung und Einteilung der gewerblichen Mitarbeitenden und Fahrzeuge für einen reibungslosen Betriebsablauf
  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung und Betreuung von Projekten und Baustellen
  • Kommunikation mit Kunden ab Projektübernahme
  • Koordination der Projektbeteiligten (Planungsbüros, Lieferanten, Subunternehmen)
  • Überwachung von Fertigung und Montage nach Auftrag
  • Rechnungsprüfung anhand von Lieferscheinen und Aufträgen
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen sowie Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen
  • Nachtragsmanagement im Projektverlauf
  • Budget- und Kostenverantwortung für die zugewiesenen Projekte

\*\*Ihr Profil:\*\*

  • Technisches Fachwissen im Stahl-/Metallbau oder Bauwesen
  • Erfahrung in der Einsatzplanung von Betriebsmitteln
  • Sicherer Umgang mit VOB und Projektmanagementprozessen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Entscheidungsfreude und Führungskompetenz
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Führerschein erforderlich
