  • Als Projektleiter Innovationsprogramme und Start-up´s (m/w/d) leitest Du den Zewotherm InnoHub. Du identifizierst neue Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle, entwickelst Business Cases und setzt Ventures, Kooperationen und Beteiligungen gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsführung um. ZEWOTHERM produziert und vertreibt moderne Energie und Wärmesysteme für eine nachhaltige Haus- und Gebäudetechnik.
  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du scannst Märkte, Technologien und Geschäftsmodelle und leitest klare Empfehlungen für die Geschäftsführung ab* Du entwickelst neue Geschäftsfelder zu belastbaren Business Cases und bringst Ventures operativ an den Start* Du bewertest und steuerst Startup Kooperationen, Partnerschaften und strategische Beteiligungen* Du baust unser Netzwerk aus Startups, Investoren und Technologiepartnern aus und vertrittst den InnoHub nach außen* Du entwickelst den Zewotherm InnoHub als strategische Innovationseinheit innerhalb der Gruppe weiter
  • Du passt zu uns, wenn...
  • Du ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation mit unternehmerischem Hintergrund mitbringst* Du Trends sicher einordnest und daraus konkrete Geschäftschancen ableitest* Du strategisch auf C Level argumentierst und Themen gleichzeitig pragmatisch umsetzt* Du ein starkes Netzwerk aufbaust und Partnerschaften auf Augenhöhe entwickelst* Du sehr gut Deutsch kommunizierst und idealerweise auch sicher Englisch nutzt
  • Wenn Du zudem Erfahrung in der Energiebranche mitbringst, umso besser!
