Ihre Aufgaben

  • Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten von der Konzeption bis zum erfolgreichen Abschluss
  • Verantwortung für Projektbudgets, Termine und Qualität
  • Koordination und Führung von Projektteams sowie Abstimmung mit internen und externen Ansprechpartnern
  • Überwachung des Projektfortschritts und frühzeitige Erkennung von Risiken
  • Erstellung von Projektplänen, Statusberichten und Präsentationen für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung relevanter Vorgaben und Qualitätsstandards

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement
  • Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte und in der Führung von Projektteams
  • Ausgeprägte organisatorische und analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Durchsetzungsvermögen und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit gängigen Projektmanagementmethoden und digitalen Arbeitsmitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse; Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
