## Deine Aufgaben:

  • Gesamtleitung eines Bauvorhabens über alle Arbeitsschritte im Hinblick auf Termine, Kosten und Qualität
  • Direkte Kommunikation mit unserem Auftraggeber
  • Führung des Baustellenteams
  • Verhandlung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmer — Leistungen und Freigabe von Kostenveränderungen
  • Durchführung des Projektcontrollings
  • Kommunikation und Schriftverkehr mit Behörden, Versorgern und Dritten

## Dein Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen oder Abschluss als Techniker
  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Bauleitung
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Durchsetzungsstärke
  • Versierter Umgang mit Abrechnungs- und Kalkulationsprogrammen wie z. B. RIB iTWO
  • Unternehmerische Denkweise und Verhandlungsgeschick, sowie einen technischen Sachverstand
  • Eine selbstständige, engagierte und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
