Die Trechten GmbH mit Sitz in Oldenburg i.H. ist ein etabliertes Unternehmen im Bereich [z. B. Bau / Technik / Projektentwicklung. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter (m/w/d), der Projekte strukturiert steuert und Verantwortung übernimmt.

Ihre Aufgaben

Eigenverantwortliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung von Projekten

Koordination von internen Teams sowie externen Partnern und Dienstleistern

Überwachung von Terminen, Kosten und Qualität

Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern und Stakeholdern

Dokumentation und Reporting des Projektfortschritts

Aktives Risikomanagement und Lösungsentwicklung bei Abweichungen

Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene technische oder kaufmännische Ausbildung bzw. Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise in einer vergleichbaren Branche

Strukturierte, selbstständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

Kommunikationsstärke und Organisationstalent

Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, Projektmanagement-Tools von Vorteil

Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
