## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Strategische Beratung der Kommunen zur Baulandentwicklung und Flächen(re)vitialisierung
  • Erstellung von Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und Machbarkeitsgutachten, Finanzierungs- und Liquiditätsplanungen
  • Führen von Eigentümergesprächen zum Grunderwerb und im Rahmen von Umlegungen
  • Technische und finanzielle Projektsteuerung
  • Verhandlung, Abschluss und Abwicklung von städtebaulichen Verträgen und Grundstücks-kaufverträgen
  • Vorstellung der Projekte vor Gremien und Grundstückseigentümern, Mitwirkung bei Öffent-lichkeitsveranstaltungen
  • Akquisition von Neukunden und Neuprojekten bei Bestandskunden

## Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Stadtplanung, Projektmanagement, Infrastrukturma-nagement, Vermessung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Dienstleistung für Kommunen oder Projektsteuerung (insbesondere Baulandmobilisierung, Erschließung)
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung in der kaufmännischen Steuerung und im Grundstücks-verkehr
  • Verbindliches Auftreten und fachliche Beratungskompetenz sowie Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe Projektidentifikation, organisatorisches Talent und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Kunden- und Marktorientierung, Reisebereitschaft und Führerschein
