Für Tätigkeiten in einem renommierten Unternehmen in Hamburg suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen Projektleiter (m/w/d) Energie- und Gebäudetechnik.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Projektorganisation, -planung, -abwicklung und Kostencontrolling
- Kalkulation-, Angebots- und Nachtragsbearbeitung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Bauleitern und Verwaltung
- Anfertigung von Abschlags- und Schlussrechnungen
- Koordinationsgespräche mit zuständigen Behörden, Sachverständigen und Auftraggebern
- Erstellung und Überwachung von Termin- und Personaleinsatzplänen
Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit betriebswirtschaftlichen Kenntnissen, Meisterabschluss wäre wünschenswert
- Berufserfahrung in der Projektabwicklung und -leitung sowie in der Baustellenabwicklung
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gültigen Regelwerke wie (VDE / VOB / BGB)
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse mit MS-Office
- Überzeugungskraft und Durchsetzungsvermögen
- Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsvermögen
- Ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken sowie Führungsfähigkeit
