Ihr Profil:

  • Deutsche Sprache min. B1
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Techniker oder Meister, Ingenieur in der Elektrobranche
  • Führungskompetenz
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • selbstständige und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • verhandlungssicher

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Projektleitung und Organisation von energie- und gebäudetechnischen Bauprojekten
  • Teamführung aller Projektbeteiligten (Montageplaner, Bauleiter, Subunternehmer)
  • Termine planen und überwachen
  • Leistungen ermitteln und Budget überwachen
  • Projektcontrolling und -management
