### Aufgaben des Bewerbers

  • Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für mehrere Entwicklungsprojekte mittlerer Komplexität und stellen die Einhaltung von Kosten (bis zu 2 M€), Terminen, Qualität und Leistung sicher.
  • Sie managen aktiv Projektrisiken, um die inhaltlichen und technischen Projektziele zuverlässig zu erreichen.
  • Sie koordinieren standortübergreifende multifunktionale Projektteams (Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Procurement etc.) und stimmen die Ressourcenplanung mit den verantwortlichen Fachabteilungen ab.
  • Sie sorgen für Transparenz über den Projektfortschritt und berichten regelmäßig intern (u.a. Geschäftsführung) sowie an unsere Kunden.
  • Sie repräsentieren Ihre Projekte intern und extern und führen dies bis zur erfolgreichen Überleitung in die Serie.

### Profil des Bewerbers

  • Sie verfügen über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement, idealerweise in einem technischen oder entwicklungsnahen Umfeld.
  • Sie haben bereits multifunktionale Projektteams mit >5 Projektteammitgliedern geleitet.
  • Sie verfügen mindestens über eine IPMA-Zertifizierung Level D, oder vergleichbares.
  • Sie arbeiten sich schnell in neue Themen ein, bringen die nötige Ausdauer und Beharrlichkeit mit, um sich in komplexe Strukturen und Prozesse einzuarbeiten und besitzen ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten sowie ein hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Organisationstalent und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Ihre sehr guten Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel sowie verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse runden Ihr Profil ab.
