Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams suchen wir für unsere Standorte Neumarkt, Hannover, Koblenz und Leipzig für den bundesweiten Einsatz zum nächstmöglichen Termin:

  • >> Projektleiter (m/w/d) für Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbau Ihre Aufgaben:
  •  Gesamtverantwortliche, vertragskonforme Abwicklung des kompletten Projektes
  •  Steuerung und Überwachung der Projekt-Realisierung (terminlich, technisch, kaufmännisch)
  •  Überwachung und Kontrolle von Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltschutz und QM für das Projekt
  •  Verhandlungen mit Auftraggebern, Bauherrn und Nachunternehmern
  •  Verantwortliche Entscheidung von Vergaben
  • Ihr Profil:
  •  Bauingenieurstudium mit Abschluss oder vergleichbare Kenntnisse aus der Praxis
  •  Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Hoch- und Schlüsselfertigbau
  •  Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Führungsstärke, Unternehmerisches Denken, Teamfähigkeit sowie Eigeninitiative
  •  Sicherer Umgang mit aktuellen IT-Systemen
