Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Anlagenbau

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Selbstständige Planung, Abwicklung und Koordination der Projekte
  • Technische Beratung von Kunden am Telefon oder vor Ort
  • Erarbeitung der technischen Anforderungen und der konzeptionellen Vorgaben mit den Kunden
  • Wirtschaftlichkeitsbetrachtungen und wirtschaftliche Optimierung der Planung
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Nachträgen
  • Fachliche Führung und Koordination des Montagepersonals auf der Baustelle
  • Vorbereitung der Projekte zur Abrechnung
  • Durchführung der Abnahme

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • Du kannst einen Abschluss als Techniker (m/w/d) oder Meister (m/w/d) vorweisen und verfügst über mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Projektleitung im Anlagenbau mit Schwerpunkt Heizung, Kälte und Sanitär
  • Du arbeites gerne im Team und Selbstständigkeit sowie Flexibilität zeichnen Dich aus
  • Deinen Stärken zählen Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie hohe Ergebnisorientierung
  • Du verfügst über gute Moderations- und Präsentations-Kompetenzen im Umgang mit Kunden, Partnern und Mitarbeitenden
  • Du bringst gute EDV-Kenntnisse in MS-Office mit
