## Projektleiter (m/w/d) im Schlüsselfertigbau

# Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Betreuung und Koordination des Stammkundengeschäftes für die Logistik und Investoren im Raum Norddeutschland (Schwerpunkt Brandenburg, Hamburg, Niedersachsen)
  • Qualifizierte Bauherrenbetreuung sowie Abstimmung mit Behörden und Fachingenieur:innen
  • Koordination und Überwachung der Bauausführung
  • Technische Klärung und Vergabe von Nachunternehmerleistungen
  • Wirtschaftliche Verantwortung für die Projekte

# Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium des Bauingenieurwesens, der Architektur oder vergleichbarer Ausbildungshintergrund
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Bau- bzw. Projektleitung von Logistikprojekten
  • Kenntnisse auf den Gebieten Kalkulation, VOB, Ausführungsplanung, Vertragswesen und Bauausführung
  • Überdurchschnittliche Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft an max. 1-2 Tagen pro Woche
