Wir suchen Sie als Projektleiter (m/w/d) für Produktindustrialisierung in Augsburg bei AIRBUS. Im Fokus stehen klarer Projektmanagement, saubere Prozessverbesserung und die Industrialisierung von Produkten.

  • die Verantwortung für das Projektmanagement von Produktindustrialisierungen im Rahmen des industriellen Step Managements
  • die Erstellung, Aktualisierung und Überwachung von Projektplänen sowie weiterer projektbezogener Dokumentationen
  • die Leitung und Koordination funktionsübergreifender Projekte von der Ausschreibung bis zur Serienlieferung
  • die Sicherstellung der Projektziele hinsichtlich Kosten, Qualität und Termineinhaltung
  • die fachliche Führung multidisziplinärer Projektteams
  • die regelmäßige Berichterstattung an Steuer- und Leitungsgremien über Projektstatus, Risiken und Maßnahmen
  • die Analyse und Lösung von Qualitäts-, Liefer- und Produktionsproblemen während der Projektlaufzeit
  • die Überwachung von Projektkosten sowie Verwaltung und Kontrolle des Projektbudgets
  • die Durchführung eines proaktiven Risikomanagements über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
  • die Entwicklung und Umsetzung geeigneter Maßnahmen zur Risikominimierung

#### VORAUSSSETZUNGEN:

  • ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • mind. über 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Projektmanagement und Industrialisierung
  • Erfahrung in der Optimierung von Prozessen und Produktionsabläufen
  • praktische Erfahrung in der Leitung komplexer Projekte
  • sicherer Umgang mit MS Project, SAP und Google Workspace
  • verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
