# Wir suchen aktuell: Projektleiter (m/w/d) Rohrleitungs- oder Tiefbau in Bremen

Unser Partner ist ein mittelständisches Bauunternehmen sucht eine engagierte Projektleitung im Tiefbau (m/w/d), die gerne Verantwortung übernimmt und Bauprojekte eigenständig steuert.

# Ihr zukünftiges Aufgabengebiet

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung, Organisation und Steuerung von Bauprojekten im Tief‑ und Pipelinebau
  • Kommunikation mit Auftraggebern, Nachunternehmern und Lieferanten
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Vertragsunterlagen
  • Durchführung des Baustellencontrollings sowie Überwachung der Bauausführung
  • Aufstellung und Verhandlung von Nachträgen
  • Projektierung, Vorbereitung und Dokumentation aller Baumaßnahmen
  • Pflege bestehender Kundenbeziehungen und Aufbau neuer Kontakte

# Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bau‑ und Projektgeschäft, idealerweise im Tief‑ oder Pipelinebau
  • Kenntnisse in MS Office und MS Project
  • Grundlegende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Führerschein Klasse B
