Wir suchen ab sofort für unserem Kunden aus dem Forschungsumfeld in Köln eine/n Projektleiter (m/w/d) TGA / Elektro- oder Versorgungstechnik.

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Elektrotechnik, Gebäudeautomation oder Versorgungstechnik
  • Berufserfahrung in der Bau- und Projektleitung, idealerweise im öffentlichen Bereich
  • Fundiertes Fachwissen in der gebäudetechnischen Planung und Ausführung übergreifender Gewerke
  • Sichere Anwendung von MS Office, AutoCAD, SAP und gängigen Projektsteuerungstools

Aufgaben

Als Projektleiter (m/w/d) für Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (Elektrotechnik oder Versorgungstechnik) verantwortest du die ganzheitliche Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung technisch anspruchsvoller Bauprojekte im Bereich Forschung und öffentlicher Infrastruktur. In enger Abstimmung mit Nutzern, Betreibern und Behörden übernimmst du die Rolle des Bauherrn – von der Konzeption bis zur Inbetriebnahme:

  • Gesamtverantwortliche Leitung von Neu-, Umbau- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen in der technischen Infrastruktur
  • Steuerung von Projekten über alle HOAI-Leistungsphasen (1–9)
  • Projektsteuerung inkl. Bauleitung, Kosten-, Termin- und Qualitätscontrolling
  • Erstellung von Projektkonzepten, Kostenberechnungen und Erläuterungsberichten
  • Koordination externer Planungsbüros, Fachplaner und Dienstleister
  • Einhaltung von Vorgaben der VOB, VHB, HOAI, RBBau, LBOs und ASR
