## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Beratung unserer Bauherren, Architekten und Partner in der Konzeptionierung, Planung und Ausführungsüberwachung der TGA-Nachunternehmerleistung in unseren Bauvorhaben
  • Technische sowie kaufmännische Betreuung der Kalkulation, Vergabe, Planung und Ausführung von Neubau- und Modernisierungsprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Qualität, Plausibilität, Funktionalität, Wirtschaftlichkeit, Abläufe sowie des Optimierungspotenzials der Planungs- und Ausführungsleistungen

## Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als staatlich geprüfter Techniker, Meister (m/w/d) oder Ingenieurstudium
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches und wirtschaftliches Verständnis
  • Gründliche Kenntnisse von Planungs- und Bauabläufen, Normen, Richtlinien und Regelwerk
  • Selbständige, gut strukturierte und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
  • Kostenbewusstes Denken und Handeln, Organisationsgeschick, Kommunikationsstärke
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Freude an einer Führungsaufgabe
