Die a/c/t Beratung & System GmbH für vorBildliche Kommunikation ist das Systemhaus für Audio, Video, IT sowie Gebäude- und Mediensteuerungen in München. Die a/c/t arbeitet seit über 30 Jahren als Full-Service-Provider für seine Kunden im Bereich der audiovisuellen Medientechnik.

Unsere Leistungen beginnen bei der Beratung, Konzepterstellung und Planung und gehen über die Installation und Programmierung der Technik und deren Dokumentation und Einweisung bis zu unseren Managed Services für den reibungslosen Betrieb.

DAS ERWARTET DICH

  • Eigenverantwortliche Leitung von medientechnischen Projekten; von der Übergabe aus dem Vertrieb bis zur Abnahme
  • Planung, Koordination und Steuerung von Terminen, Ressourcen, Kosten und Qualität
  • Zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden, Vertrieb, Technikern, Bauleitern und externen Partnern
  • Projektcontrolling inkl. Budgetverfolgung, Nachtragsmanagement und regelmäßiger Kostenprognosen
  • Organisation und Begleitung von Inbetriebnahmen, Abnahmen und Dokumentationen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Prozesse, Normen und Qualitätsstandards
  • Pflege der Projektdaten und Dokumentation

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung / Studium (z. B. Medientechnik, Elektrotechnik, Veranstaltungstechnik, IT) o. Ä.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung, idealerweise im Bereich AV oder Medientechnik
  • Gutes technisches Verständnis für audiovisuelle Systeme und Projektabläufe
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Budgets, Terminplänen und mehreren parallelen Projekten
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; Erfahrung mit Projekt oder ERP Tools von Vorteil
  • Führerschein Klasse B
