Ihre Aufgaben

  • Kalkulation und Angebotserstellung für neue Projekte im
  • Kleinanlagenbau
  • Ganzheitliche Projektleitung mit Verantwortung für Termin,
  • Qualität und Kosten

Führung und Koordination von Montageteams im Bereich HLK / Lüftung

  • Durchführung von Nachkalkulationen inkl. Massenmehr- und
  • Massenminderungen
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner für interne und externe
  • Projektbeteiligte wie Kunden, Berater oder Nachunternehmer
  • Sicherstellung einer effizienten und normgerechten
  • Projektabwicklung im Lüftungsbau / TGA

Ihr Profil

  • Abschluss als Meister oder Techniker (w/m/d) HKLS / HLK oder
  • technisches Studium (z. B. Versorgungstechnik, Facility
  • Management)
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Projektleitung im Bereich Lüftungs-
  • und Klimatechnik oder Technische Gebäudeausrüstung (TGA)

Hohe Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

Kenntnisse in der MSR-Technik wünschenswert

Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich
