### Deine neuen Herausforderungen:

  • Verantwortung für die Vorbereitung, Planung und Organisation von Bauvorhaben im Bereich Elektrotechnik
  • Übernahme der Konzeptionierung und Planung in allen Leistungsphasen der HOAI (LPH 1-9)
  • Erstellung von detaillierten Leistungsverzeichnisse und Preisspiegel
  • Steuerung der kosten-, termin- und qualitätsgerechten Umsetzung der Projekte
  • Entwicklung technischer Alternativen und Berücksichtigung dabei stets wirtschaftlicher Aspekte

### Dein starkes Profil:

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Energie- und Gebäudetechnik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbarer Fachbereich
  • Alternativ eine handwerkliche Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik mit anschließender Weiterbildung zum Meister/ Techniker
  • Mindestens 3-5 Jahre Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Planung und Umsetzung entsprechender Projekte
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft zu Dienstreisen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Verhandlungsgeschick und Organisationstalent
