Aufgaben:

  • Leitung von In‑Service‑Support‑Projekten zur Sicherstellung der Einsatzbereitschaft komplexer optoelektronischer Systeme
  • Planung, Steuerung und Durchführung von Maßnahmen zur Versorgbarkeit über den gesamten Nutzungszeitraum
  • Planung, Organisation und Koordination internationaler Serviceeinsätze
  • Definition, Vereinbarung und Freigabe von Arbeitspaketen
  • Steuerung der Serviceleistungserbringung inklusive Reporting und Rechnungsstellung
  • Sicherstellung der Zielerreichung in den Dimensionen Kosten, Zeit und Qualität
  • Erarbeitung und Umsetzung ganzheitlicher Servicekonzepte sowie Angebotserstellung
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Mechatronik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation, ergänzt um betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im technischen Projektmanagement, idealerweise im In-Service oder Customer Service Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse im Life Cycle Management sowie im Obsoleszenz‑, Change‑ und Konfigurationsmanagement
  • sichere Kenntnisse in MS Office, SAP und SharePoint
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Organisationsstärke und hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Reisebereitschaft im internationalen Umfeld
  • sehr gute Deutsch‑ und Englischkenntnisse
