## DAS IST ZU TUN:

  • Koordination kundenbezogener Anforderungen, insbesondere Ausbildungsvorhaben, Ersatzteilprognosen, Instandhaltungskonzepte sowie der Bereitstellung von Sonderwerkzeugpaketen
  • Aufwandsabschätzung und Kalkulation (Ressourcenplanung, Budgetbewertung sowie Sicherstellung von Kostentransparenz)
  • Angebotserstellung und Vertragsverhandlungen
  • Analyse von Kundenanforderungen und Übersetzung in konkrete Support-Lösungen
  • Reporting - von der Budgetplanung über Risikoanalyse bis hin zur Auswertung von KPI's

## DAS IST GEFRAGT:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikationen
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in vergleichbarer Position
  • Leitung von Projekten sowie in der Planung, Steuerung und Koordination von Prozessen
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS Office
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie Teamfähigkeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
