  • Aufgaben:
  • Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten zu Produktneuanläufen, Produktionshochlauf und Fertigungsverlagerungen
  • Entwicklung von Projektplänen zu Zeit, Budget und Ressourcen mit Meilensteinen, Risiko- und Change-Management
  • Leitung bereichsübergreifender Projektteams aus Fertigung, Instandhaltung, Planung, Qualität, Supply Chain und QRM
  • Koordination von Beschaffung, Installation, Inbetriebnahme und Validierung neuer Maschinen
  • Kapazitäts-, Layout- und Flächenplanung, Prozessoptimierung sowie Lean- und OEE-Maßnahmen
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitätsstandards und regulatorischen Vorgaben
  • Reisetätigkeit zu Standorten, Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Profil:
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • umfassende Erfahrung in Fertigungsneuanlauf, -hochlauf, Kapazitätserweiterung und Verlagerung, idealerweise in Automotive, MedTech oder Elektronik
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung mit der Leitung cross-funktionaler Teams, Budget- und Terminmanagement sowie mit Risiko-/Changemanagement
  • Zertifizierungen in Projektmanagement, etwa PMP oder IPMA oder Lean und Six Sigma, sowie Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
