Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Leitung der Projekte und Programme in allen Phasen der Projektrealisierung
  • Übernahme der Projektgesamtverantwortung (Ressourcen, Budget, Termin, Kosten und Qualität)
  • Interner und externer Vertreter des Projekts und Hauptansprechpartner
  • Durchführung der Planung, Koordination, Überwachung und Steuerung des Projektablaufs
  • Durchführung des internen und externen Reportings
  • Übernahme der Rolle des Bid-Managers bei der Akquise von Aufträgen
  • Fachliche Führung von (abteilungsübergreifenden) Projektteams
  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen Partnern und/oder Unterauftragnehmern
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Abgeschlossenes technisches oder wirtschaftsingenieurtechnisches Studium
  • Mehrjährige einschlägige Erfahrung in der Projektabwicklung
  • Erfahrungen im Bereich Radar, Electronic Warfare
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Stakeholdermanagement (Kunden/Partner)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Softwaretools zur Projektsteuerung, insbesondere SAP-EPPM
  • Betriebswirtschaftliche und vertragsrechtliche Kenntnisse
  • Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, hohe Eigeninitiative und Belastbarkeit
  • Unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Reisebereitschaft um In- und Ausland
  • Bereitschaft zur Durchführung einer Ü2 Sicherheitsüberprüfung
