Die UST Umwelt-Gutachten GmbH hat ihren Sitz in Gera und übernimmt bundesweit für unterschiedliche Auftraggeber Projekte zur Beprobung und Analyse von Baumaterial, Boden, Wasser, Luft.

Für die Erstellung von Schadstoffgutachten suchen wir einen Projektleiter (m/w/d)

Aufgaben

  • Erarbeiten von Probenahme-Konzepten
  • Fachliche Begleitung der Probenahme
  • Erstellen von Deklarationsanalytik nach EBV/ DepV.
  • Erstellen von Gebäudeschadstoffgutachten und Schadstoffkatastern
  • Erstellen von Rückbau- und Entsorgungskonzepten

Anforderungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in den Fachbereichen Bauingenieurwesen, Geophysik, Geologie oder Chemie
  • Mehrjähriger Berufspraxis und Baustellenerfahrung sind vorteilhaft
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
