Als Projektleiter Solution Implementation verantwortest du die konkrete Umsetzung digitaler Lösungen am Standort. Du führst standortweite Digital- und Smart-Factory-Projekte von der Planung bis zur erfolgreichen Implementierung und Übergabe in den Betrieb.

Der Fokus dieser Rolle liegt klar auf Projektsteuerung, Umsetzung und Ergebnisverantwortung – nicht auf Marketing, Kommunikation oder reiner Konzeptarbeit.

Deine Kernaufgaben

  • Verantwortung für die lokale digitale Roadmap inklusive Priorisierung, Abstimmung und Umsetzung
  • Steuerung und Umsetzung standortweiter Digitalisierungs- und Smart-Factory-Initiativen
  • Analyse von Prozessen und Performance zur Identifikation von Digitalisierungs- und Optimierungspotenzialen
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für digitale Projekte inkl. Budget-, Termin- und Zielsteuerung
  • Aktives Change Management sowie Einbindung und Befähigung der relevanten Stakeholder
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit globalen Funktionen und Mitarbeit in internationalen Netzwerken

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Ingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbar
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in digitaler Transformation , als Projektmanager (m/w/d)
  • Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Fachbereichen und IT-Organisationen
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in regulierten Industrie- oder Produktionsumgebungen (z. B. Pharma)

Deine Kompetenzen

  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten
  • Strukturierte, analytische und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Souveränität im Umgang mit Veränderungsprozessen
  • Kenntnisse gängiger Projekt- und Transformationsmethoden
  • Verständnis für digitale Produktionssysteme und Datenzusammenhänge von Vorteil
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
