Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir für Bereich Versorgungstechnik (Heizung / Lüftung / Sanitär) einen Projektleiter in Teil- oder Vollzeit (m/w/d).

## Aufgaben:

  • Ausarbeitung von Konzepten
  • Planung der Gewerke Heizung, Lüftung, Sanitär, Kälte nach HOAI 2021
  • Erstellung von Leistungsverzeichnissen und Terminplänen
  • Betreuung und Verantwortung eigener Projektbereiche
  • Kundenbetreuung, Abstimmung mit Planungspartnern sowie Bauherren

## Anforderungsprofil:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Ingenieur, Techniker oder Meister im Bereich Versorgungstechnik (Heizung / Lüftung / Sanitär)
  • Kenntnisse in den Leistungsbereichen 1-9 der HOAI
  • CAD Softwarekenntnisse und Microsoft Office, idealerweise DDS-CAD
  • zuverlässige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • sicheres Auftreten, Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Berufserfahrung erwünscht
