### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung und Steuerung von Elektroinstallationsarbeiten
  • Fachliche Führung, Einsatzplanung und Weiterbildung des Teams sowie Betreuung von Azubis
  • Vorausschauendes Baustellenmanagement, Materialdisposition und Arbeitsschutzüberwachung
  • Abstimmung und Kommunikation mit Bauherren, Architekten und Fachplanern vor Ort
  • Erstellung von Aufmaßen, Prüfprotokollen und Durchführung formeller Bauabnahmen
  • Kaufmännische Projektdokumentation, Erfassung von Regieleistungen sowie Bedenken- und Behinderungsanzeigen

### Ihr Profil

  • Elektrotechniker-Meister (Handwerk), Techniker oder Ingenieur (m/w/d)
  • Fundierte Praxis- und Fachkenntnisse im Elektrohandwerk
  • Kenntnisse in Stark-/Schwachstrom, Beleuchtungs- und idealerweise Fördertechnik
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse (C1)
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsstärke und Teamgeist
