AHOI Events gehört zu den führenden Hamburger Veranstaltungsagenturen im Bereich der Planung und Durchführung von Public Events. Die Veranstaltungen werden von uns vollständig in Eigenleistung organisiert - von der Konzeption über die Vermarktung bis zur Programmgestaltung. Unsere größte Veranstaltung ist der Christopher Street Day in Hamburg.

Wir suchen per sofort oder später eine

Projektleitung für Event-Marketing und Kommunikation (m/w/d)

in Voll- oder Teilzeit.

Zu Deinen Aufgaben gehören:

  • Konzeption im Bereich Kommunikation und Werbemittel (Print und Online)
  • Mediaplanung und Werbemittelkoordination (Print und Online)
  • Planung und Umsetzung von crossmedialen Vermarktungsaktivitäten
  • Akquisition und Betreuung von Sponsoren, Kooperationspartnern und Anzeigenkunden
  • Verhandlung, Fixierung sowie Betreuung von Medien-/ Marketingkooperationen
  • Kundenbetreuung bei Veranstaltungsaktivitäten
  • Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit

Im Idealfall gehört zum Aufgabengebiet auch die Betreuung unseres ehrenamtlichen Partners für den CSD.

Unsere Anforderungen:

  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder ein Studium mit dem Schwerpunkt Marketing/Vertrieb
  • idealerweise 3-5 Jahre Berufserfahrung
  • Spaß an vertrieblicher Tätigkeit
  • Kommunikationsstärke und sicheres Sprach- und Textgefühl
  • hohe Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit
  • kontaktfreudig, kreativ, offen, begeisternd, leidenschaftlich
  • Organisationstalent – auch in Stresssituationen.
