Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir eine engagierte Projektleitung (m/w/d), die unsere Hochbauprojekte ganzheitlich verantwortet und die Realisierung moderner Wohnbauprojekte erfolgreich steuert. Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gesamtverantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung schlüsselfertiger Hochbauprojekte
  • Koordination aller Projektbeteiligten (Architekten, Fachplaner, Behörden, Bauunternehmen)
  • Sicherstellung der qualitäts-, termin- und kostengerechten Ausführung
  • Durchführung von Vergabeverhandlungen sowie Mitwirkung bei Ausschreibung und Vergabe
  • Erstellung und Überwachung von Terminplänen
  • Vertrags- und Nachtragsmanagement
  • Regelmäßige Baustellenbegehungen und Fortschrittskontrollen
  • Verantwortung für Projektdokumentation, Berichte und Präsentationen
  • Ansprechperson für Bauherren und externe Partner während der gesamten Projektdauer

Ihr Profil

  • Zwingend Kenntnisse im Baubereich notwendig
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprägte organisatorische Fähigkeiten
  • Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und gängigen Bausoftware-Tools
  • Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
