Bei uns zählt nicht der Titel auf dem Papier, sondern das Können auf der Baustelle und im Kopf. Zur Verstärkung suchen wir eine Projektleitung, die den Überblick behält und gerne Verantwortung übernimmt.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du steuerst unsere Projekte von Anfang bis Ende
  • Du planst Abläufe, koordinierst Teams und behältst Termine im Blick
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für Kunden, Team und Partnerfirmen
  • Du sorgst für Qualität, Ordnung und saubere Ergebnisse
  • Du unterstützt bei Aufmaß, Angeboten, Ausschreibungen und Abrechnung
  • Du dokumentierst den Projektfortschritt

Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Maler- und Lackiererhandwerk
  • Erfahrung auf der Baustelle – idealerweise mit Verantwortung
  • Meistertitel? Kein Muss!
  • Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsvermögen
  • Verlässliche, selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse (z. B. für Dokumentation, Angebote, E-Mails)
  • Kenntnisse in WinWorker sind wünschenswert , aber kein Muss
  • Führerschein Klasse B
