  • Operative Planung und Umsetzung von Messen & Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland
  • Inhaltliche Planung und Konzeption der Messeauftritte und Veranstaltungen im Austausch mit den ausstellenden Gesellschaften des Konzerns
  • Beauftragung und Steuerung der externen Dienstleister und Partner
  • Budgetplanung und Kostenkontrolle innerhalb der Projekte
  • Steuerung der Logistik der Exponate in Absprache mit internen und externen Parteien
  • Teilnehmermanagement für die internen Messebesuche (Registrierung, Hotelbuchung, Transfers)
  • Dokumentation und Nachbereitung der Projekte
  • Betreuung & Verwaltung des Online-Shops und Fundus des Rheinmetall Inhouse Catalogue für Kleinveranstaltungen

Diese Position ist am Standort Düsseldorf zu besetzen.

  • Abgeschlossenes Fach- oder Hochschulstudium (Bachelor) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung (z. B. im Bereich Eventmanagement, Marketing oder Betriebswirtschaft)
  • Mehrjährige, relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Messe- und Eventmanagement
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute Kenntnisse im Umgang mit den MS-Office-Programmen sowie Grafik- und CAD-Programmen
  • Hohe technische Affinität, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie Freude an der Zusammenarbeit in einem Team
  • Strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Dienstleistungsmentalität
  • Reisebereitschaft
