  • Verwaltung und Überwachung verschiedener Projekte im Objektgeschäft
  • Koordination der Projektfortschritte
  • Sicherstellung des fristgerechten Abschlusses
  • Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen
  • Steuerung und Koordination der Umsetzung von Plänen
  • Festlegung der Projektziele
  • Verwaltung von Änderungen beim Projektumfang sowie beim Zeitplan
  • Konstruktion projektbezogener Möbel in 3D
  • Projektbezogener erster Ansprechpartner für Kunden
  • Delegieren von Aufgaben an Arbeitsgruppen
  • Analyse kritischer Prozesse
  • Vorschläge von Strategien zur Leistungsoptimierung
  • Organisation von Besprechungen mit dem Team

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich Projektmanagement
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
  • Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Organisationsfähigkeiten
