Projektleitung SHK (m/w/d)

  • Ihre Hauptaufgaben:
  • Projektsteuerung und -abwicklung im Bereich SHK
  • Gewerkeübergreifende Angebotserstellung, Kundenbetreuung und Akquisition von Neukunden
  • Erstellung von Funktionsbeschreibungen der Technik
  • Planung, Beratung und Abwicklung von Projekten im Bereich der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung
  • Ihr Profil:
  • Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine Weiterbildung als Techniker / Meister im Bereich Gebäudetechnik (SHK / HLS, Gas-Wasser-Installateur oder Heizungs- und Lüftungsbauer) und haben bereits einschlägige Berufserfahrung gesammelt
  • Gute Kenntnisse der relevanten Regelwerke DIN und VDI sowie umfassende Kenntnisse der einschlägigen Regelsysteme
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise, Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
  • Reisebereitschaft / Führerschein Klasse B
